Will I need to pay for third-party tool subscriptions?

Some automations require a paid tier of a tool you already use, or a new tool like n8n Cloud or Make. We map out any expected monthly costs during the audit call before you commit. Most clients spend $0 to $50 per month on tooling on top of the flat project fee.

What if my tools are obscure or have no API?
